Who processes the data
The data controller is Ing. Fabio Massimo Marrucci, Studio Maximo, Viale del Lavoro 34, Ciampino (RM), Italy, VAT 14951121004.
For anything concerning your data you can write to info@studiomaximo.it.
What data, and what for
The contact form collects your name, your email address and, optionally, your company, telephone number and the type of work, together with the text of your message.
The data is used only to answer your enquiry and to consider a possible professional appointment. It is not used for marketing, it is not sold or shared, and it is not used for profiling.
The legal basis is the consent given when the form is sent, together with steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are kept for as long as is needed to deal with them, and in any case no longer than twenty-four months.
Where an enquiry leads to a professional appointment, the data follows the retention periods that apply to professional and accounting records.
Who else sees it
The site is hosted on Netlify, which also receives and stores the messages sent through the contact form, acting as a data processor.
The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which in doing so receive the visitor’s IP address.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Union. Any transfer takes place under the safeguards provided for by the Regulation.
No one else receives the data, except where required by law.
What this site does not do
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking of any kind, and stores nothing on the visitor’s device.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict its processing, to object to the processing, or to receive it in a readable format, by writing to info@studiomaximo.it.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting anything done before the withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
